Payment: Personal checks and credit cards. Personal checks must clear unless references are supplied. Credit card orders must be shipped to address the card is registered to. Once credit is established, coins may be shipped on approval.
Five-day return privilege; if you plan to return something, you must notify us by phone within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. All returns must be mailed back no later than 1 week from the date of receipt. All exceptions must be approved in advance of regular return privilege timetables.
All merchandise is bank vaulted. If you want to see an item at a show, call at least 3 days in advance of the start of the show so that we can include it in our bourse shipment.
Postage terms: coin orders are shipped overnight, free. If returns are necessary, call for instructions on how to ship back to us.
Virginia residents add 5% sales tax. If you are a coin dealer in Virginia, and buying for resale, you must supply tax ID information.
Credit Card returns are subject to 3% charge for restocking. Avoid this by paying by check or getting credit approval.
Due to the nature of the product, there is a restocking fee on all returned or canceled layaways. Normally this fee is 10%, but can be higher if the market has dropped since time of purchase.
We are not responsible for typographical errors and reserve the right to adjust a price listed incorrectly. Please call to confirm prices; due to the volatility of the coin market, ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
Our Interest Free Layaway Policy is available for purchases of $800 or more. Our standard plan is, 25% down and 25% per month for the next 3 months, 90 days total payoff. Other layaway options may be available upon approval, call to discuss if you need special arrangements. Your item will be shipped to you upon receipt and clearance of your final payment. If you cancel layaway or payments are not made in a timely manner, we reserve the right to cancel the order and invoke the restocking fee (mentioned in #7).
